Lost my account didnt restore account! Fraud!!!

With a new update my account login was deleted. Asked for my account, that is linked to Facebook and Game Center, back and nothing. No response, no sorry but its gone, no refund on money I spent. Game was eh, but the poor account management totally effed me. I likely will not get my money back or my account. Going to contact Apple to see if I can get my money back and shut them down. Good thing I have a credit card statement with my purchase so I can prove I had an account. Complete fraud!!!
