The state of the game is a mess and heavily favors pay-to-win players, which I am one of. There's no real game balance, and it's impossible to get meaningful feedback from the developers. They seem to be letting the game die while milking long-time players for $400, even for broken heroes and pets. Player feedback is ignored, and the Chinese version of the game is far ahead. As for CS , aside from the fact that I spent $400 on a hero event only to see the hero nerfed shortly after (like with Lama), look at how useless the DC heroes and Ubisoft heroes are. I personally earned an achievement that was the result of an in-game error you made, spent tons of diamonds on it, requested compensation, and got nothing. Off the top of my head: Lama, Oscar's ability, Golden Pawn's ability, Lucy as a broken hero, and Ms. Paine, who plays completely differently in the CV version. Charles only responds to mods from Discord when he feels like it, and the Lilith staff on Discord is completely incompetent. You need to hire people who can properly communicate and address issues in a timely manner. Every time there's a major problem, your team blames it on translation errors, but you continue to modify heroes or Titans to make money, setting false expectations and hopes. There's a whole community on the Line app that's ready to stop spending on your game unless something changes. Thanks for your time. -Goat

This is a game that I just can’t stop coming back to, either for the nostalgia or simply because I enjoy it so much. Sadly, it seems as though it’s just a dead project that is simply still going for the money… New heroes get released here and there, yet the game feels so lifeless that it’s kinda sad to keep playing when there is simply no devs or updates involved anymore.

This is fantastic game, I’m played for three or four years of game. Unfortunately that story and hero maxed level so. This is game have some need improve, create for new story chapter, and create challenge alike floors. Five year never any update so game developer need return and continue for this game.

While I love this game and have been playing it for a long time, there are a couple errors. My main issue is the stand-still that happens to many of the older characters when they get to a certain level of fusion. For a fair majority of character you need to get their skin to upgrade them further. My favorite character, The Arbitress, she needs a skin to fuse. While that doesn’t seem like an issue by itself, her skin isn’t available in the shift so even if I wanted to spend money to get it, I am unable. Since she’s no longer anywhere near new, her skin isn’t available in the gladiators shop either, she’s been the same level for a long time now. Crazy unfortunate and something that really bothers me.

This is so pay to win that its not fun anymore and you cant win against opponents unless you buy the heroes. Kinda not worth it which is disappointing because i used to play this game for years before they used real money

I played this game when I was like 12 and coming back to it years later is very nostalgic. I’m F2P and honestly the game is great, just a bit unfair at times but still very fun. There are some GOOD heroes in the conjuring stone, so if you are F2P you can win against any P2W heroes as long as you save up your diamonds ^^ ALTHOUGH I would love to see an in-game events calender tab for upcoming events a month ahead of time.

It was good in the beginning now it’s not worth it to download they gave up on it.

Complete rip off of heroes charge.... But done better. Only problem is the P2W heroes are OP and completely unbeatable by the F2P heroes.

I made an account but it wont let me connect to the game. I used the play as a little kid When i was 10 it was a very nice game i had an android it worked and i liked it i upgraded Im an iPhone user now and it doesn’t let me connect to the game i can barely pass my account Please help me connect to the game Thank you.

Don’t get me wrong, they’re are definitely some P2W aspects of this game. But, it is a mobile game, and they have to keep the lights on somehow. Let me also say that as a F2P player, it is VERY doable to get enough resources in game if you are patient and know what you are doing. I am a week into the game and have over 6000 diamonds and 7 characters over level 60, rank 50 arena. F2P mind you. There is a great deal for 3.00$ for monthly rewards to help you progress if you wanted, but again, you don’t have to. People that are complaining in these reviews obviously don’t know what they are doing. If you liked Heroes Charge, or a game similar to AFK arena but with a different feel, try this game for sure. I used to play this game when i was 9 it brought me back im 14 now but i was wondering im not sure how costy it was but i was thinking instead of DC heros yall do marvel heros but I remember when u added the DC heros and ezio and prince of persia thats when ur game was in its prime its lost most the hype sadly

Had been playing and the en account vanished. Try to get back into the game and has made me restart from level 1. Followed steps to connect with customer support and received zero response.

Played this game for years and all of sudden my game is over and I am starting over, I paid for upgrades and now I am back to newbie status

a friend of mine recommended me this game. After getting ambushed and only Elric surviving, I was forced to open a gold chest, and then the game just broke from there. It asks me to use Midas touch, but I had no coins or gems at the beginning of the game. I’m supposed to have 5 free gold chest opens every day, but the game just wouldn’t let me. Also I gave this a 3 star because I don’t know what the game is truly like yet.

Validate Fail error keeps downloading from scratch every time i open the game, and takes a while to download help please!

I played for about 5 years VIP 14 and then I couldn’t log in. Something had changed and so that was bad. I tried to contact them but they never got back to me. Several people in my guild got hit by the same issue. No fix on their part no help at all. I guess they don’t want revenue.

Newest update removed Facebook login which left a lot of people unable to log in. Their fix is to start from scratch! After people have spent hundreds to thousands! Don’t spend a dime on this game.

The heroes are way to overpowered. They need to nerf a lot of heroes and game play. Game “was” amazing. Battles end in like one second. Needs a rework.

So I absolutely love this game, but I’ve been having trouble logging in. I personally do it through Facebook but recently all it says is that the app is still in development mode and I don’t have access :( Facebook is the only way I can login and I have a lvl 94 account, can anyone help please? :(

Soul Hunter just did an update last week and now several players can’t get in the game. The only way is if you had the game backed up on Game Center or some where else. I have contacted the game support and they just informed me that it is something to do with Apple as I can’t open the app support I am trying to contact you this way. I enjoy the game but when the game support blames another source I don’t know who’s to blame. I have videos of the problem. One player has tried logging in with their password and username and it’s not working. We get server problems. Please help.

I love this game but the network error things are annoying I’ve, been trying to get in for the past hour trying to get in but every time I press play it says “network error loading” it can’t be my network I just got this wifi so could you work on fixing that please

Since this recent update I haven’t been able to get in. The app tells me to download the newest app version from the Apple store but when I go to do that, there is no new version to be found and the original doesn’t say “update” at all. This is the first time I’ve had this issue so I hope they fix it.

I would like to have my old save from an android to my current iPhone.. I’ve put money into the game so I’d hate to not be able to play it because of having to start over I really enjoyed this game when I had it but now I can’t play it Asking for help!

I am really hurt right now I broke my old phone and got a new one and when I log into my account which was linked with Facebook my main server where I had all my characters is gone and I have to start from scratch I lost all my favorite collaborations characters ezio,ray man,prince of Persia Batman Superman Wonder Woman and the flash

It’s telling me to update it but I go to update it and there nothing, it just says “open app” and I go and it still tells me the same thing and I even deleted the game and downloaded it again and put my information in and it still tells me the same thing:/

Bro it’s like they love afk arena more than soul hunters like they give them a new chapter every new patch in AFK arena than soul hunters and more content.

It’s like daily deja vu. No new content. New heroes twice a month for the whales to spend $$$ on. Money pit. Waiting for end game. Why don’t you add more campaign chapters. It’s been suggested many times before! Increase the max hero level. There is a quest to reach lvl 105 that is unatainable as the cap is at 100!

I played this game for like 5 years and then got a new phone and downloaded the game again and put my Facebook account to access my game progress and everything was fine until l saw that all my progress was gone ñ don’t know how but it was not there so l did not play the game again.

Dear soul Hunters, you must do something with Úrsula it is not fair that being a free hero is better than the new heroes and the new heroes are paid, they are not rivals for Úrsula they should lower the damage because the damage it generates is too much, If you do not think about saying goodbye to the game, I have been playing for more than 3 years and it is not fair ...

This game is absolutely terrible and the developer is just pure trash! DO NOT GET THIS GAME OR ANYTHING FROM THIS WORTHLESS DEVELOPER!! The game is full of bugs and the developer is only interested in baiting you into throwing money away to them!

So I was in a Facebook account and I changed it because I thought I’d be safer and when I wanted to play soul hunters all of my data was gone/wiped. I was devastated because Is spent $100 on the game and I just got Serafina, jasmine,Riley and the twins I was feeling great but it didn’t last long. I don’t what to do I checked my password but it was correct but my account was fresh new so I tried logging in to my previous password account and I thought I was getting everyone back but it wasn’t like. I’m sitting here wondering if there’s anyway I can get everything back

For some reason I can’t buy the 10$ heroes in shop it loads then goes away

It an ok game. Except in the arena, I kept going up against people with 2000 less rating points than me but still lose really fast for some reason. Don’t know if these people have a hack or the game is just that imbalanced but this should never happen considering my guys are almost double the level of the characters that wipe the floor with them. It’s quite irritating and has made me leave this game permanently.

I will still give the game a 5 star rating cause it’s awesome but I sadly lost my account with ezio on it when I switched phones is there any way I can recover it? Edit: I got the account I found it, it was under other parties so I got excited and clicked on it then guess what it reset the account my 2 year old account gone cause of some trashy bug by a trashy developer is it that hard to fix ur game I pressed on it and it got reset like explain please did I not put in the right magic code or something or are you just that bad at making mobile games

I absolutely love this game it has very good coding and the game is stunning, but the down side is that we don’t get diamonds fast like in order to play the game you need lots and lots of diamonds. I just wish were able to get lots and lot of diamonds much faster and easier because some of us just don’t have the money to buy diamonds. You know what would be cool if we could have a separate way to mine for diamonds. I know when you mine for Exp or coins it gives you diamonds but what if you made it to only mine diamonds. Or give us a shop that we can buy diamonds with our coins. Like 1,000,000 coins for 1500 diamonds or 100,000,000 for 150,000 diamonds(sounds crazy I know but please)

Just got the newest update. My account got bound and I don’t know why. I spent a lot of money getting leveled up (VIP 14) only to have to start over for no reason.

The game’s great but the developers are really killing the game. No one exciting contents/events. The game’s turning into a cashgrab for Lilith. I have an issue regarding a store purchase it’s been more than a month and they still haven’t fixed it. Also what’s with the fake 5 star reviews? Bad bad developers. Devs should listen to us more. I can’t see the game going anywhere with its current state. Please take this seriously stop oppressing us.

I refuse to give more money to this game, it’s getting super boring and developers doesn’t seem to care about loyal players whose been playing since day 1, get your life together and start caring about us!!!
