I cant seem to connect to the server. It happened after the latest update.

They dont beta test updates and as a result players progress gets insta-wiped and their compensation is a joke

Since the last maintenance on soul hunters I couldnt access my game even after it ended. I spent 2 days trying to log in and the game wouldnt let me. Turned my phone on and off again and it still didnt work. I deleted the app and downloaded it again and I was able to play it .... From the very beginning. So I lost all of my heroes and I lost money for buying ezio. This game was great I played it every single day but this last maintenance ruined this game for me.

As of today, August 11, 2016, I am officially writing my first negative review of anything I have ever purchased. When I started playing Soul Hunters two months ago it was very addicting. It was exciting to obtain soul stones, acquire gold and weapons, and watch my heroes rise in status and power. Im embarrassed to say Ive spent soooooo much money in playing this game that I could have had nice tropical vacation. Unfortunately the makers of this game (Lilith) have been fixing so many bugs in this game that they have screwed their paying players one too many times. One royal screw up was "rolling back" a full day of play time for everyone (what the game makers have posted on their Facebook page) in order to fix bugs in their system. It just created more bugs. This included a loss of game diamonds, experience gained, weapons obtained etc... Many of which was PURCHASED with real money by game players. A loss of game playing continually occurs whenever Lilith does maintenance or upgrades on Soul Hunters. And maintenance of the game understandably needs to happen but it shouldnt be at the cost of the game players expense (and I mean literal hard earned money from working a real job in the real world). So with this in mind I caution anyone out there who is thinking of starting this game to read the posts on the Soul Hunter Facebook page and decide for yourself if you want to be sucked into a game where the makers have major problems just in their regular maintenance alone.

Every update brings more bugs, glitches, and other problems. Their most recent update caused them to roll back accounts and reset any activity, causing players to lose rare characters, items, and tons of coins and gems. This company doesnt understand how to roll out update without causing more problems. Dont waste your money or time. They dont care.

What turned out to be a simple update, turned into a big catastrophe. System was rolled back 1 day. Lost everything. Nothing worked, as advertised as well as the system was not up and running till noon eastern time.

So I downloaded the game and played it religiously for 3-4 days. Then they have an update and when I log back in I lost about 2 days worth of gameplay, progress, new heroes, and character experience/leveling! This really sucked and basically made me lose interest in the game. Its a bummer it happened and sucked that it just up and decided to reset progress.

What a scam I paid lots of money to buy gems etc Now they literally wiped out my account and they want me to start all over Customer Service is the worst I am done with this game I am asking for a refund. Stay away from these scammers

Have been playing for couple of months and love it. Would like to gave 5 stars but this little bug stop me from doing so. In recent update, leveling up heroes abilities are awesome because it become fast, however, I have 1.3 mil gold, this is what happen, i tried to level up one of my heroes abilities, I clicked it until I use up all 20 ability points, but when 20 points gone, level_max error show up and reset all ap and abilities and that is okay BUT! It didnt reset my gold back. As result I lost all my gold, without any of my heroes ability level up :3 please fix it ... Thank you.

This is a great game to play , but I wouldnt recommend ever using their conjuring stone if your VIP level is high enough to access it. It cost way to many gems to get the new hero Ive routinely spent over 4000 gems and as high as 11,000 gems. I know Im the moron who spent it but when you suggest that they might want to change that they dont care. So if you want a similar game that you can get new hero every month for much less I suggest heroes charge Ive never spent 4000 gems for new hero and I get one every month for almost 2 yrs. I would still play soul hunters cuz it is a great game just use your gems for stamina and other things not on conjuring stone

By any chance can somehow ask Ubisoft if we have another exclusive character "Altair" from Assassins creed also, nothing wrong just another character recommendation, please do this and keep up the good work on this game I extremely enjoy this game, and maby in the future you guys could add more characters from other games and put them in this game for fun, P.S. Please do this

This game is amazingly fun. Even better than that is the support team. I had a slight issue and they worked around the clock to resolve that issue. Best support team I have ever dealt with in my life.

I have found Soul Hunters to be a fun game and the support is very prompt to deal with issues where the server was down. Often the only time I had known there was any issue in the game was when the in-game mailbox had something from the game as recompense for the issues. Despite some issues "connecting" during Crucible of Fire, the game played well. HOWEVER, the new version [2.4.28.82563] is unplayable on my iPad. The game crashed every time I tried to look at my heroes and every time I tried to enter the campaign. I erased it and reinstalled it. The game recognized my login but I can only stare at an animated icon labeled "connecting". The game was fixed by doing a rollback. There is still another game you can play with Soul Hunters; it is called "Guess How Many Check Your Network Connection Errors, Try Again Messages Will Show In Next 5 Minutes." In addition, my iPad will crash occasionally during the game after an hour or two.

This is the best mobile game that Ive played in years.

Its a good game I just think the designer should ask ubi soft if they can use all the other assassins creed characters

While its an interesting I dont appreciate misleading lies on Ezo. You have to purchase him if you want him as a character. This game has nothing to do with the actual Assassin game. 2 things. Lower the cost of shards to summon new characters and lower the cost on spells. And yes Im still leaving the above review.

Very fun game and their customer service is excellent! This game is a must try!

Five stars game!!! I can not stop to play this game very fun and excited
