Was a great game

Ive been locked out of game to a continuous crash before getting a chance to even start a new game on a new server... Another day locked out and Im switching to heroes charge

Not smart

U guys really let everyone down with this new update. Get ur stuff together please and i will change my review. Its 3days now Ive been kicked out of my old account

Pay to play game that deletes accounts.

Ive spent a fair amount of money playing this game. The developer just pushed an update that deletes your account and starts your game over. Contacted their support and got no reply. Dont download!

Poor way to treat your fans

Like everyone else I lost all my hours and some money too. There has to be a way for them to solve this issue or at least refund all money spent to everyone. Myself will be contacting Apple. Also Apple should require all games save through Game Center. All games should use Game Center. At least I got Heros Charge to play. Shame on you Lilith. Make it right.

Ruined!

I really liked this game and had been playing for a few months. The latest update caused me to lose everything. I had high level characters and had progressed through a lot of game levels. No way Im starting over - please fix this.

Update installed, party and server is gone...

What are you guys thinking? Update installed, and my server and party has been reset. Well, it was fun while it lasted. Im done.

Bad programming & customer service

Not only do they not help you with whatever issue arises, they give you a half-hearted response telling you to contact them through very poor choices of contact but they also ignore you once theyve sent you what appears to be a spam message telling you to follow instructions that will not take you anywhere , theres a new problem with every update, constantly crashing the game & causing problems with your account even if your account is set up as a "guest" most players lost access to their accounts along with theyre progression such as daily login rewards & they have the nerve to offer you in-game currency for every time they make a mistake.

When I first got Soul hunters, I was obsessed. Until I found other apps and started playing them. I havent played the game for a while, then I got back on. I updated the game. It was all find at this point, until everything went wrong. My data was deleted. I spent all of my money on soul hunters, just to get my data deleted?! It was such a good game, to a ridiculous disaster. Dont download the app.

Update screwed a lot of people

I love this game and now I cant play it because no matter what login choice I use it keeps crashing making me have to uninstall then re install the app to have another try to login. This tends to happen every other update and customer support always has me back in the game within a day. This time the support staff has left me hanging and Im missing out on critical play time. Hey Lillith hurry up and fix it please!!!!!!!!?

Worked up to level 59 and spent some coin. They "updated" and everythings gone. No customer support but a lot of grief.

Disappointing

I have been playing this game for moths, even spent money on it, never had a problem until the last update which lost my game and all of the time and money I spent on it. This is absolutely unacceptable. For days I have been trying different ways to troubleshoot to get my game back. Sent a message to the company only to receive no reply. This should never happen.

Waste of time and money

They released an update that deleted players accounts, many of which spent various sums of money on those very accounts. Based on reviews this is not the first time this has happened, the game is simply a scheme for the devs to rip off players by taking their money then losing their accounts over and over again, do NOT download

THIS GAME IS RETARDED

I was level 79 I had spent at least $100 on this game and it took two days for the update to download the wall that was happening I was reading all the reviews on this game now and everybody was saying that it was reset so I was really scared and now Im back at level one and if you do could you there get my account back to where it was give me my hundred dollars back Ill be awesome

Lost it all all

Thx you for the horrible customer support. All my data is good me just like everyone else money n time down the drained.

Disappointing

I loved this game before the update. Ive spent about $100 playing this game with in app purchases. But after the latest update I have not been able to log into my account for the past three days. Very disappointing. Horrible update, do not play!

Game wont open after update

Game wont open after update & Im not able to delete anything so I cant delete & reinstall.

Terrible

Ive been playing for over a year and loved the game (level 85) and after the update I lost what was likely over 300 hours of game play. Upon trying to resolve the issue Ive only received stock cut and paste responses which Ive tried probably 50+ times. Im not starting over. This game turned out to be a true and utter waste of time. I regret wasting my time on it. I would not recommend that you try it out.

Update killed the app

Excellent game, been playing for over 6 months. This latest update broke the app though. After load screen, app boots to home screen. Cant find a solution. After 48 hours, no response from customer service.

Terrible customer service

This game is not very good. Its a mediocre way to waste a small amount of time everyday. The gameplay is not interactive, the characters are generic, and the progression is slow and mostly meaningless as there is no strategic challenge outside of just making numbers bigger. Even so I played for three months. Gave them some money just because it helped move the game faster. After this last update I lost access to my account. After waiting for more than two days, giving my account information three times to two different service reps, I still do not have access to my account. I hear essentially nothing from customer service about my account. There are plenty of games out there that are just like this game. I suggest you go play any of those game and just let Soul Hunters and Lilith die. They dont deserve your support. The least you can do is go play the game of a company who actually cares about the people who play their game.

Potential but terrible management

Its a fun game, but not worth it. If youre looking for a long term game or plan to spend at all, I wouldnt recommend this because its way too unreliable. One day youll wake up and have to start from scratch because of a terrible update. Customer service is useless in that situation - non responsive and you get literally zero assistance resolving an issue. So basically, steer clear unless you only plan to play for a few days to a week
