Changing my previous rating. I have not been able to log in since the last update. I will find a new game to spend my money and time on.

Gameplay is fun (not original, but fun). However, there is one character that makes a HUGE difference, and you have to buy him with real money. If you dont, you can play for weeks to build your chars and still be slaughtered by a newbie who buys him. Whats the point?

There is almost no strategy in this game, you choose your team and go. I wish there was more to it.

This is why people think game developers are only in it for the money. You create a great game, people play and spend money, then you reset it and people cant recover their account that theyve spent months on. Just stupid.

Great game! New update is getting fixed. iPhone 4 users with iOS 7.1.2 are unable to play. The loading screen hasnt updated and login options are crash traps. Miss the game! Its Sunday tomorrow! Id like to get all the Sunday loot.

I loved playing this game. However this recent upgrade I lost all my levels, my characters, All of it cannot be recovered. Customer service is UNHELPFUL and refuses to address that they made this mistake.

The original update shook things up but once I got passed the login in issues game is back to perfect. New users should have no problems.

Fix it. Ive had this game for over a year and I tried so hard at getting together the perfect Heroes and I JUST got to a good point last week where I had all top fused heroes with 5+ stars. After the whole update I was fine and my game didnt erase like most peoples. However, I try to log in today and the server that I always use is completely erased and it says Im on level 1 with no diamonds, no gold, no inventory and worst of all: no heroes. It started me Completely over and you need to fix it because Ive spent way too much time and money invested into this stupid game that is always crashing.

Same story as everyone else. Been playing for about a year. I was level 65, spent at least $50 on the game, and countless hours. I updated and guess what- my account is gone. I love the game but Im not playing it all the way back up. Fix it. You screwed people over on this and weve all lost money.

This game is very poorly made compared to what else is out there. I play heroes charge which is a million times better than this garbage. If your looking for a similar game just play heroes charge it is well worth the investment!

Everything was erased. Fix it. This game used to be good before this bs server nonsense and, you know, completely erasing everything youve done.

With a new update my account login was deleted. Asked for my account, that is linked to Facebook and Game Center, back and nothing. No response, no sorry but its gone, no refund on money I spent. Game was eh, but the poor account management totally effed me. I likely will not get my money back or my account. Going to contact Apple to see if I can get my money back and shut them down. Good thing I have a credit card statement with my purchase so I can prove I had an account. Complete fraud!!!

I have played this game for months I was addicted.I spent real money on it and it took a lot of time to get where I ended up then all of a sudden they updated it and my account is gone I have tried logging in several different ways and i keep putting the server I was on yet my team never shows up it keeps making me start over. What a massive waste of time and money. Good job idiots

I wishes i read the recent posts before updating the game. It started me from the beginning again after spending a lot if time and money to build everything up. I hope they can rectify this...

I have been playing for weeks and really enjoyed the game. This update has ruined all the joy and really killed it for me. I dont remember my login info because I only used once when I created the account and never had to enter it again, until now. I dont think Ill be able to recover the account and Im definitely not restarting from zero again. So you lost a player because the debacle of update.

This update erased my account.

The game was good and deserved 5 stars under kick9 but now that lilith games took over my account is lost and "my old login method" cannot be used if lilith games wants a better review and my support they need to give me back my old account and about $50 worth of stuff

The game was great before the update. Played it for a few weeks with no problems. Update hit and now I cant get into my same account. My party is gone. Not a huge loss as I havent been playing that long, but now I keep getting network errors and having to re-do battles. Not worth the struggle. App deleted.
