So I was really enjoying this surprisingly addicting game, until I downloaded the latest update and lost all of my game data!! I spent hours getting to level 42 only to have all of my data erased with the latest update, dont bother downloading its a waste of your time.

Spent money & countless hours on this game. After update, my progress is wiped out! The devs response was log out and try again! I have for the hundredth time! Gotta love the Chinese! Such quality!

Great game. Was easy to figure out how to get back on.

While this was a fun game, after every update the game crashes and you lose all your progress. It takes several hours, if not days to recover your progress.

Everything was great until the update. My account is GONE! I have to restart from the beginning!!!! I tried using my usual server...NADA! Wasted my time! Im deleting this game!

Fun game.....but when the new update came out IT WIPED MY DATA maybe one day I will give it another chance but I will never be as good as I was.

This game is all about giving them your money. They have regular special gold buy days. Cha-Ching. Regular players cant earn enough gold to buy skills or gear for their hero cards. VIP players naturally have the upper hand, but less money in their pocketbooks! Now today with the update I cant even sign on to the account. Thank goodness I had stopped the monthly card expense. There are better, similar games to be had. Fun hero cards....greedy developers.

Piss poor update! Now I cant even login to play. Crashes immediately. If your going update and fix problems. Maybe you should test it first and make sure it works and not cause more problems.

Ive been playing this game about a year. Went through an update that caused me to lose everything when I was level 15. I spent time and real money on this game building it back up. I was at level 81, ALL characters at least 3 stars and now what? An update that sends me careening back to the beginning? Your message telling about the update did NOT indicate this. Based on other reviews saying the same thing, Id say your update just shot you in the foot. If there was a way to leave a review with zero stars, you can bet Id do it.

Just like most all other players my account has been wiped when I log in after todays update. Not worth your time.

They did. A update two days ago and lost all my progress now customer service keeps giving me the run around to restore my game Im not happy Ive been playing everyday for months the same thing happened last year I was at level 85 now Im at level 1 then s happens when they update the game

I was a paying gamer and Soul Hinters was a cool game to waste time. Lilith just updated the game and my account has been reverted to level 1! I was level 89! Despite all their suggestions I cant get my account back. I want my moway back! Huge disappointment. Lilith games? Never again!

Before this last update I loved the game played it all day and night and I enjoyed it but when the newest update came out my whole game file was deleted and I troubleshoot it and nothing changes. I was a pretty high party level as well and dont feel like starting over. Great game but I refuse to waste the two weeks I played to get back where I was for a new update to screw up my game again.

Thousands of hours & $200, and Im quitting. This last update broke my app for good!

What the ever loving frack!? I update the game and you delete all my data! What the bloody hell? Even after signing out and back in it is still gone and wont allow me to have any of my characters. This is beyond unacceptable that you cant even install an update without breaking the game.

I spent 7 months on this game and gladly did not spend any real money. I managed to make it to the top of my servers rank without making any payment. In other words, I spent a long hard time on this game and now its all gone to nothingness. Restarting wont get me back to 7 months worth of progress. All I can do now is delete this app and move on. Good bye fellow pre- Soul Hunter fans.

Since the recent update, i am unable to login the game after pressing the play button. Why does it takes so long to fix it, guys? Remember: every second counts. Time spent on trying to fix it means more players moving on to playing another game ans abandoning this one. Good luck!

Usually ask for update and all, after update, this happens. Cant play at all, close after asking to install new but didnt connect to updates.

I installed this game last week, and played a few times. Updated today, and now I cant play at all as it crashes. So it was ok for the three times I got to play?

This game is really fun I have been playing for 2 weeks now ands its been really addicting , for a RPG you can tell the put a lot of work into this game from the gameplay , story line & details , I honestly give a it a 5 star rating but after this recent update i have not been able to start up the game due to the game crashing repeatedly after the loading screen hopefully its just a temporary problem besides all of that the game is perfect and runs smoothly id highly recommend it to any that loves RPG games you wont regret it!!!
